Design Delivery Manager
(AE 25/007)

As a Mid-level Design Delivery Manager, you will help to oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital design and technology projects with the senior delivery manager, ensuring seamless execution from concept to deployment. You will be working with a highly motivated, strong team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and high performance—and we need someone who can match that energy. You will collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.

This role requires a strategic thinker and problem-solver who can align remote teams, manage multiple vendors, and bring clarity to complex digital initiatives. Your ability to balance design excellence, technical feasibility, and business objectives will be critical to success.

Project & Delivery Management

• Work with the Senior Delivery Manager and manage the internal day to day tasks. 
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital design and technology projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with Senior Delivery Manager.

• Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams.
• Maintain an updated requirements traceability matrix and backlog.
• Identify, manage and provide transparency to Senior Delivery Manager on:
  • Project status and progress
  • Milestone and deliverable statuses
  • Project risks and blockers

Day-to-Day Execution

• Manage and update the functional and non-functional requirements
• Work with requirements mapping for design teams
• Ensure final deliverables meet quality and brand standards.
• Continuously improve design and development workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and technical excellence.
• Conduct post-mortems to refine future delivery processes.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, QA testers, and content strategists.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Ensure teams follow best practices in design, development, and deployment.
• Tie the tasks back to the end to end goal of the project. 
• Create, update and send the weekly status reports. 
• Update project plans on a weekly basis.

• 4+ years of experience in digital project management, design operations, or technology delivery.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Good communication and ownership of tasks, projects. 
• Attention to detail and quality of deliverables. 
• Proactive, organized, good time management and prioritiziation 
• Experience working across multiple products (both internal and external).
• Expertise in web and mobile technologies (e.g., CMS platforms, APIs, front-end frameworks).
• Strong understanding of design and development product life cycles.
• Excellent client management skills, balancing scope, brand objectives, and user goals.
• Ability to tell a compelling story and present ideas with clarity and confidence.
• A sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability for your work and team.
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve project bottlenecks.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects under tight deadlines while keeping your A-game.
• Natural curiosity to understand the “why”—you ask the right questions, form strong points of view, and defend them with confidence.
• Excellent time management and collaboration skills.

This role is based in Dubai, with travel required for client meetings to Abu Dhabi and KSA.
