Product Delivery Lead
(SA 24/002)

We are looking for a curious problem solver with “Gravitas”. You will be leading the delivery of complex websites and applications, managing development, design, content, and analytics teams, and ensuring exceptional client servicing.

Reporting: 

• Maintain an updated requirements traceability matrix and backlog.
• Coordinate with other business units to plan and interpret project information.
• Establish and oversee project governance within the client’s ecosystem.
• Provide comprehensive updates on project progress and health.
• Report on the status of milestones and deliverables.
• Identify project risks and track mitigation efforts.
• Ensure visibility of resource capacity, competency, and availability for stakeholders.
• Attend meetings with C-level stakeholders to provide progress updates.

Day to Day: 

• Interface with clients to understand functional and non-functional requirements, processes, and key success factors.
• Collaborate with design teams to translate and validate technical requirements.
• Work with technical, design, content, and analytics teams to perform gap analysis and refine requirements.
• Revise requirements, backlog complexity, and priority to support planning.
• Coordinate with other business units to plan, negotiate, and interpret project information.
• Align remote teams and vendors, ensuring cohesive project execution.
• Follow up on project tasks and deliverables.
• Problem-solve with clients/Teams to resolve any issues impacting the project.

• Ensure the project delivery aligns with client expectations and objectives.
• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all deliverables.
• Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

• Have a minimum of 10 years of solid professional experience in delivery management or a similar role.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics.
• Experience with cloud services and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in computer science or programming. 
• Experience working on enterprise-level websites and applications.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and digital platforms. 
• Strong understanding of design and development life cycles.
• Exceptional client presentation skills, visual communication style, and verbal and written communication abilities.
• Possess excellent written and spoken English and Arabic skills.
• Strong client management skills with the ability to balance scope, brand objectives, and user goals.
• Demonstrate a sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability towards the team.
• Have a natural curiosity to understand the “why,” ask questions, and form and defend a point of view.
• Excellent team working and collaboration skills.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development practices (Scrum and Kanban), methodologies, and tools.

• This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
