What you do

Reporting: 

  • Maintains updated requirements traceability matrix and updated backlog. 
  • Coordinates with other business units to plan, negotiate and interpret information on projects
  • Establish project governance structure within the client’s ecosystem 
  • Provide overall progress and health of projects
  • Status of milestones and deliverables across the project 
  • Project risks and progress on mitigating these risks
  • Maintains updated requirements traceability matrix and updated backlog. 
  • Create visibility of resource capacity, competency, and availability for all stakeholders
  • Attend meetings with C- level stakeholders to provide progress and updates 

Day to Day: 

  • Interfaces with clients and gains understanding of functional and non-functional requirements/processes and establishes objectives and key success factors.
  • Work with the design team to translate and validate the technical requirements.
  • Work with both technical and design teams on gap analysis and fleshing out requirements. 
  • Revises requirements, backlog complexity and priority to support planning.
  • Coordinates with other business units to plan, negotiate and interpret information on projects
  • Aligning remote teams and different vendors and bringing everyone on the same page
  • Following up 
  • Problem solve with the client to unblock any issues that affects the project

Who you are

  • Have a minimum 7 years professional experience.
  • Hold excellent written and spoken English ( Arabic a plus).
  • Experience working across websites ( internal and external) for banks. 
  • Strong understanding of design and development product life cycles. 
  • Strong client presentation and visual communication style, excellent verbal and written skills mandatory. Be able to form and tell a good story.
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to balance scope, brand objectives and user goals.
  • Have a sense of responsibility, ownership and accountability towards the rest of the team.
  • Comfortable working with tight deadlines across multiple projects and clients all the while keeping your A-game.
  • Have excellent time management skills.
  • Have natural curiosity to understand the “why”. Ask questions, be able to form a point of view and be able to defend it.
  • Excellent team working and collaboration skills.
  • Financial services experience is mandatory. 
  • Strong knowledge of Agile development practices (Scrum and Kanban), methodologies, and tools.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related fields

Travel

  • Occasional to regular travel across UAE and other GCC and Middle East Countries may be required.
  • This role is based onsite in the client’s office.
