Introduction

ADGM is Abu Dhabi's international financial centre - its own jurisdiction, its own common-law courts, its own regulator. Its digital estate spans five institutions: corporate centre, academy, arbitration chamber, regulatory filings, masterplan. Three CMSes underneath. No shared spine.

This wasn't a migration.
It was a jurisdiction consolidating onto one stack.

The problem
Three incompatible CMSes. Sitecore ageing, WordPress ageing, a custom .NET regulatory application on top. Multiple vendors. Multiple licences. Multiple design languages. Every new institution launched meant another stack to run. The estate got heavier with every launch.

The mission
One platform. Five properties. A regulatory application. All on a single Optimizely DXP - owned by the team, not by a vendor. The second rollout in the region, after the first.

Consolidation, not migration.

The approach.

Architect the stack once. Migrate institution by institution. Transfer the keys. The estate, unified.

One platform, not five
A single Optimizely instance. Five properties on the same database. No internal APIs between them - the arbitration chamber pulls from the same content store as the corporate site.

The handover.

Full Optimizely implementation across five properties. A shared storybook. Marketing-owned publishing workflows. Single sign-on through ADGM Active Directory.

24 months post-live maintenance. Seven training sessions for business and IT teams.

Theirs to run.
