UI Designer
(AE 25/003)

We are looking for a skilled UI Designer to shape the digital experience for a leading entertainment and leisure destination. This role will focus on designing visually compelling, accessible, and engaging interfaces across multiple digital touchpoints, ensuring an immersive and intuitive experience for visitors. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage design systems to create cohesive, high-quality visuals that enhance interactivity and user engagement. • Master the design thinking toolbox: While your focus will be on UI, you’ll be expected to understand and contribute to the entire design process, from ideation to implementation.
• Work with design systems: Develop, maintain, and refine extensive design systems that will be applied across mobile and web applications.
• Design user interfaces: Create intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional interfaces for both retail and business banking platforms.
• Collaborate effectively: Work closely with UX designers, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless user experiences and consistent visual design.
• Prototyping and testing: Bring your ideas to life with high-fidelity prototypes and collaborate in user testing to validate design decisions.
• Ensure scalability: Adapt and extend design systems, ensuring scalability across different digital platforms and products.
• Drive research and benchmarking: Regularly assess local and global competitors to ensure your designs knockout the competition.

• Experience: At least 5 years of UI design experience in the Middle East, ideally in the entertainment, tourism or enterprise sectors, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in designing for both mobile and web applications.
• Design System Expertise: Extensive experience in building and maintaining design systems across multiple platforms and understanding of their scalability.
• Full Design Thinking Knowledge: While your focus will be UI, you have a strong understanding of the entire design thinking process and methodologies.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and/or Arabic, to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: Your designs are pixel-perfect, aesthetically stunning, and functional, always with the user’s needs in mind.
• Collaboration & Adaptability: You can easily work with cross-functional teams, manage feedback from various stakeholders, and juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
• Technical Know-How: Knowledge of front-end technologies and how your designs will translate into code is a plus.

• This role is based in Dubai, with travel required for client meetings in KSA.
